This programme equips managers and team leaders with the essential skills to lead teams, drive productivity, and support business strategy. Key learning areas include:

✔ Extra £1000 to support your apprentice if they are 16-18 years old or 19-24 years old with an education, health and care (EHC) plan, or 19-24 years old and have been in care.
