This programme equips managers and team leaders with the essential skills to lead teams, drive productivity, and support business strategy. Key learning areas include:

✔ Recruitment Assistance – Finding the right apprentice for your business.
✔ Government Funding Guidance – Helping you access 95% funding if you’re a non-levy payer.

✔ Extra £1000 to support your apprentice if they are 16-18 years old or 19-24 years old with an education, health and care (EHC) plan, or 19-24 years old and have been in care.

✔ No National Insurance Contributions – Employers pay no NI for apprentices under 25 (up to £50,000 salary).
✔ Regular Progress Reviews – Ensuring apprentices develop in line with your business needs.
