This apprenticeship develops competent early years professionals who can support child development, health, and safety. Key learning areas include:

Child Development & Learning – Understanding the EYFS framework and early childhood milestones.
Health, Safety & Well-being – Ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment.
Supporting Play & Education – Planning and leading educational activities for young children.
Safeguarding & Child Protection – Recognising risks and supporting children’s welfare.

Apprentices will also gain Maths and English Level 2 qualifications (if not already achieved).
