This apprenticeship develops competent early years professionals who can support child development, health, and safety. Key learning areas include:
- Child Development & Learning – Understanding the EYFS framework and early childhood milestones.
- Health, Safety & Well-being – Ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment.
- Supporting Play & Education – Planning and leading educational activities for young children.
- Safeguarding & Child Protection – Recognising risks and supporting children’s welfare.
- Partnerships with Parents & Professionals – Effective communication with families and external agencies.
- Observation & Assessment – Tracking child progress and planning interventions.
Apprentices will also gain Maths and English Level 2 qualifications (if not already achieved).
