This programme develops highly skilled teaching assistants who can support teachers and students effectively. Key learning areas include:

Supporting Teaching & Learning – Assisting teachers with lesson planning and classroom activities.
Child Development & Safeguarding – Understanding child psychology, behaviour management, and safeguarding protocols.

Apprentices will also gain Maths and English Level 2 qualifications (if not already achieved).
